Improved management reports section

To make our reports easier to use, we have taken the decision to move them to their own menu item in the main navigation of Engage. Under this section you will find the relevant reports options for your subscription: absence reports, holiday reports or overtime reports.

Each option is now illustrated with a small snapshot of the report itself to help you choose the right one. We have also added short descriptions of what type of data you can expect to find in each report. The snapshots show the PDF versions of our reports but you can still request all of them in XLS as well. If you haven’t used our absence reports for a little while you will also find that we’ve added a few new options.

New easier reporting on medical vs. non-medical absence

All types of unplanned absence disrupt the day-to-day operations of any company but it can be useful to distinguish how much of it is due to medical problems and how much due to other reasons like family emergencies.

Using the Absence Trends report, you can now request overall absence figures for medical, non-medical and authorised absence. This is the only report that will include an absence level percentage for authorised absence causes, which are excluded from all your other absence calculations.
